1. About these terms

This website, qingoutfit.shop, is operated by Qing LIN trading as qingoutfit, at 1124 Baileys Road, Nirranda, Victoria 3268, Australia. Contact us at owenjulianmason471@proton.me. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform we use to offer our products and services. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to your mandatory consumer rights.

2. Using the website

You must be of legal age to enter into a purchase contract in your location, or have the permission and involvement of a parent or guardian. Provide accurate information and use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, infringe others' rights or interfere with the store or its services. Keep your account credentials secure and tell us about suspected unauthorised use.

3. Products and information

We sell graphic T-shirts. Please review the product description, images, selected size and current availability before ordering. Colours may appear differently across screens. Images and styling suggestions do not add features or accessories beyond those stated in the listing. We may update our range and correct genuine errors. Your rights where goods are faulty or not as described are unaffected.

4. Prices and payment

Current prices and currency are displayed in the store. Shipping charges and any taxes collected by us are shown at checkout before you pay. Where relevant, import charges not collected at checkout may apply as explained in our Shipping Policy. You authorise the selected payment provider to process the amount shown at checkout. We do not store your complete payment card details.

5. Orders

Check your cart, size, delivery address and email before submitting an order. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order; it does not prevent us from contacting you about an availability, payment or pricing problem. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund any amount paid for the affected items. We may refuse fraudulent or unlawful orders. We will not charge a higher corrected price without your agreement.

6. Shipping and delivery

Shipping destinations, available methods and charges are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates depend on the destination and service and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed. See our Shipping Policy for order updates, tracking and delivery problems. Contact us promptly about an incorrect address or missing parcel. Nothing in these terms transfers responsibility to you contrary to applicable law.

7. Returns, cancellations and refunds

Our Refund Policy describes change-of-mind returns, including the 30-day request period and item condition requirements, return costs, exchanges and refunds. Contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation. Your statutory rights apply independently of our change-of-mind policy.

8. Intellectual property and customer content

Website text, graphics, branding and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and the rights of their respective owners. You may browse the site for personal shopping; commercial copying or reuse requires the relevant owner's permission. If you send feedback or a review, it must be truthful, lawful and yours to share. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
