Destinations and shipping charges

qingoutfit sells graphic T-shirts through qingoutfit.shop. Available shipping destinations, methods and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. We can only accept delivery addresses supported by checkout. Contact owenjulianmason471@proton.me before ordering if your destination is unavailable or you need an estimate.

Processing and delivery

Order processing and transit are separate stages. Any delivery dates or estimates shown at checkout or in your order confirmation are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Timing depends on your destination, the selected service, stock availability and carrier operations. We do not promise a fixed delivery time or free shipping unless your checkout expressly shows it. If you need an item by a particular date, contact us before placing your order.

Order updates and tracking

We send order and shipping updates to the email address provided at checkout. Where tracking is available, it will be included in the shipping confirmation. Tracking information may take time to update after dispatch. If your order is delayed or tracking is unclear, email owenjulianmason471@proton.me with your order number so we can investigate.

Address details and delivery issues

Please check your delivery address and contact details before paying. Email us promptly if something needs correcting; changes may not be possible after fulfilment begins. Contact us if a parcel is missing, arrives damaged or is marked delivered but cannot be found. We will work with you and the carrier to investigate and provide an appropriate remedy under applicable law.

International duties and taxes

Where international shipping is available, import duties, taxes or customs fees may apply. Any amounts collected by us will be shown at checkout. Amounts not collected at checkout may be payable to the relevant authority or carrier, subject to applicable law. Customs processing may affect delivery estimates.
